The JK17B is the JA1400 with a bit more range — and a built-in needle threader, which is the feature people miss most once they have used one. Compact, mechanical, and genuinely easy to live with.

Questions people ask
How is this different to the JA1400? Three more stitches and a built-in needle threader. Otherwise very similar — both are mechanical, both are beginner-friendly.
Can I quilt on it? Small projects, yes. For proper quilting you want a wider throat and more stitch control — look at the A150 or F420.
Does it come with a hard case? No, it ships with a soft cover.
