This Website is provided as a service and is intended to allow users to browse and purchase genuine Brother sewing, embroidery, overlocking, craft and sublimation equipment ("Products"), and access services offered by The Embroidery House. While we strive to ensure accuracy, The Embroidery House makes no guarantee that all content on the Website — including specifications, pricing and availability — is current, complete, or error-free.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at that price and will refund you in full. Stock availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding displayed on the Site, including the name “The Embroidery House”, are the property of Nina Ventures (PTY) LTD or are licensed to us. “Brother” and related product names are trademarks of Brother Industries, Ltd. and are used to identify genuine, authorised products.
