Business & Trade Accounts

If you sew, embroider or brand for a living, you are not a once-off customer — you are a business that cannot afford downtime. Our trade accounts are built around that reality: the right machine for the job, a formal quotation your finance department can process, and someone who answers the phone when a needle plate breaks on a Friday afternoon.

We have been supplying and servicing Brother and Empisal machines for around 40 years. In that time we have kitted out clothing manufacturers, school uniform suppliers, embroidery studios, corporate branding companies, churches, NGOs and training colleges — from a single overlocker to full multi-needle production floors.

Who a trade account is for

Manufacturers & CMT units

Straight-stitch, overlocking and coverstitch capacity, plus the servicing schedule to keep it running through a production season.

Embroidery & branding studios

Single-head through to 6- and 10-needle machines, cap frames, digitising software and consumables on repeat supply.

Schools, colleges & training centres

Classroom sets of entry-level machines, quotations formatted for tender and procurement, and on-site operator training.

Uniform & corporate suppliers

Sublimation, heat transfer and embroidery equipment matched to your turnaround times and order volumes.

Churches, NGOs & community projects

Skills-development and income-generation projects, where the machines need to be simple, durable and easy to repair locally.

Resellers & dealers

Stocking arrangements for retailers who want to carry Brother and Empisal in their own region.

What a trade account gives you

  • Volume-based pricing. Pricing is quoted per project rather than off the shelf, and improves with quantity and repeat supply.
  • Formal quotations and invoices. Proper documents with your company details, registration and VAT numbers, ready for procurement, tender submissions or a purchase order.
  • Purchase orders accepted. We work with school governing bodies, corporate procurement teams and government-linked buyers who cannot pay by card at checkout.
  • Priority servicing. Business machines are prioritised in the workshop, because a machine standing still is costing you money. Ask us about a scheduled maintenance plan.
  • Operator training. Training for your staff on the machines you buy — at our branch or, for larger installations, at your premises.
  • One point of contact. A named person who knows your setup, your machines and your history, rather than a call-centre queue.
  • Consumables on repeat. Needles, bobbins, thread, stabiliser, sublimation ink and paper — set up once, reordered on a schedule that suits you.

How it works

  1. Tell us about the business. Complete the form below. The more you tell us about what you produce and how much of it, the more accurate our recommendation.
  2. We come back to you. Expect a response within one business day. If your requirement is straightforward we may simply phone you.
  3. We specify and quote. We recommend the machines that actually fit the work — sometimes that means talking you out of the bigger machine — and issue a formal quotation.
  4. Delivery, installation and training. We deliver nationwide, set the machines up, and train your operators so that day one is a productive day.
  5. Ongoing support. Your account stays open for servicing, spares, consumables and future expansion.

What you need

Common questions

Do I need to be VAT registered?
No. Many of our trade customers are small businesses, sole proprietors and community projects that are not VAT registered. Registration simply changes how the invoice is issued.

Can you invoice against a purchase order?
Yes. We regularly invoice schools, corporates and procurement departments against an official purchase order. Send us the PO with your application and we will match the quotation to it.

Do you deliver outside KwaZulu-Natal?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Larger and professional machines are couriered with insurance, and we will talk you through the setup remotely if you are not near a branch.

Can you service machines I did not buy from you?
Yes. We service Brother and Empisal machines regardless of where they were bought, and we can quote on a maintenance schedule for an existing floor of machines.

Can we see the machines before committing?
Come to the branch and we will run the machine for you with your own fabric and your own design. For larger installations we can arrange a demonstration at your premises.
